Only use this on the weekend while going out and during transit in airports.
Pro:
- Style is just alright.
- Very comfortable, no strains
- Bluetooth works perfectly. Paired to Windows Mobile, and all the control function properly. With some phones (like Windows Mobile), caller's name is announced so there is no need to get the phone. In my case, incoming text messages are also read in the O ROKR!
- For music, it sounds better than I expected.
- Enough battery power for my usage.
Cons:
- I wish I can get it with other lenses that are suitable indoors as well as outdoors, something darker thatn Ti Clear but not as dark as the Grey.
Frame: black
Lens: grey
this is a essential part of any workout, or outdoor activity. you have all your music and you are only limited by the size of your MP3 player. the dual earphones make it easier to hear callers, and the sound quality of music is much better than one might expect.
i would do some more research before you buy the icombi adapter though. when i bought these i had in mind that i would keep my ipod in my bookbag and my phone in my pocket. with the icombi you pretty much have to have it out in the open. i even have issues when my ipod is in my pocket.
the o rokr is awesome, the icombi leaves much to be desired

Just picked these up yesterday and made some calls last night worked great!! also I think I got a steel at 125.00 off of a guy who never used them...literally never took out of box. Anyway so far so good. Also went on a run with them sound was ok but not as good as ear buds but the pro is there is no wires.
Frame: black
Lens: grey
they are pretty great, look awesome, light weith. Cellphone work perfecly ith. he only problem (but it's a major oe...) icombi doesn't follow the O'Rokr...i mean it skip all the time
Frame: White
Lens: Ti Clear/ Grey
This is a very handy thing the Rokr is. The only problem I have come across with it is the Bluetooth adaptor iCombi. Sometimes it will flux in and out connection with the Rokr, but that is only when it is in my back pocket or around Microwaves. BUT it does go though walls and at a distance with to obstructions at about 50 feet. The microphone picks up very well unless you are in windy conditions ( like this with all BT earpieces) Wireless music is effin fresh and the fidelity is just about perfect. I defintly suggest this!

I'm not a very big fan of this color combination. The black on black is a bit boring to me and I think that this style is loud and flashy on both design and technology. It deserves crazy color combinations. Black on black is for everyday use so if you are looking for something conservative this is cool but I just think the OROKR isn't for the conservative. On the other hand, you can change the lenses to give this black frame some flavor. As my previous OROKR reviews, these offer great eye coverage and its relatively light weight for the technology. The buttons are pretty easy to use. The only bad thing is that with this pair, I've experienced problems with my battery which I didn't have a problem on my other pairs.
Frame: Black
Lens: I have both titanium Clear and Grey
I love the concept of these but the bluetooth technology is seriously flawed.
Just try putting your phone or Ipod in your back pocket and you will get continual dropouts. Apparently any bluetooth signal has trouble getting through the human body. The only way you can listen to a song without a drop out is to have your handset in line of sight with the Orokr;s.
So if your a keen biker and have purchased these to use while on your bike. Forget putting the handset in your back pocket it will only work if you tape the hanset to your front handlebar.

This is my current pair of sunglasses. I paired it up with my Motorola V3 and my 60 gig IPOD with the ICOMBI adapter. The sounds from the IPOD are way better than the wires that comes with the IPOD and with the extra earbud, It beats out having to wear the Bluetooth headset over the headphones. The voice connection is even better than the HS820 that I have.
The downside is that sometimes the wireless connection for the IPOD and the OROKR can have blank outs / skips. When a phone call comes in, the music is muted out and will continue to play. So it be nice to use the right side buttons to find your song, but I believe using the IPOD to do that instead.
OROKR - battery time approximately 6 hours with volume way up. Needs to be recharged every day.
Motorola V3 - needs recharging every 2 days with my usage.
IPOD 60 gig - battery time is about 8 hours from a 20 hour battery due to the ICOMBI Bluetooth.
Although it doesn't fit me that well, I have ordered replacement lenses of the BLACK POLARIZED variety. I have gotten comments about the pair being cool and even one guy said it was "so sick". However I will continue wearing this pair when I work and laugh at those people who are stuck with the headphones for their Ipods or watching one with one Bluetooth headset stuck in one ear and the other with the headphone.

Very nice design. Offers exceptional eye coverage. Feels a little fragile though. Ear bud functions are awesome. Clarity through the ear buds is exceptional with phone and ipod. Very light weight.

very good reception works very wellwith my nano and razr. this is the coolest pair of oakleys ive ever had

Wow! I really like these a lot. The design is very nice. I wish that they could've done a full frame but this does give you a chance to change up the lenses. The eye coverage is excellent and the frame itself is not very heavy at all. The ear buds do offer great range of motion for adjustments. This color scheme is also very nice. You can see all the electrical components within the frame.

I just got a chance to test these, and they are uber sweet! (I just wish I had a BlueTooth phone.) I used them with an iPod, and they sounded better than with my Apple earbuds. If the rumors are true, and the next gen iPods are BlueTooth ready, WATCH OUT! I have GOT to get a pair!
Frame: Black

The price is definitely right, $249 and it has interchangeable lenses! This piece is killer, a must have.
Frame: i like the frame they chose, kinda half-a-gas-can
Lens: preferred lens ; vr 28
this will be the item we all have been waiting for , if the price is right , this could be oakley's "eyejacket-story" into the electronics-business
Frame:Matte Black
Lens: Grey
These are going to be the sweetest pair of shades ever. MY first thought when oakley release the Razrwire and the origional thump was that they needed to create an all in one pair. Can' wait for the release!
Disappointed in Oregon -

Purchased 3 sets of Oakley O Rokr Pro sunglasses. These glasses ranged in price from $220-$380 dollars. I purchased a set for my husband, my best friend, and an employee. All three glasses had failed within 8 months. I called Oakley and was informed that O Rokrs are a discontinued item and Oakley will not do ANY repairs on the glasses. They did state that if I sent in my $900 dollars worth of sunglasses they would offer me a 25% discount on a new set of non-electronic glasses!!!!!! Very surprised that Oakley would offer such horrible customer service... DON'T BUY ANY O ROKRS. IF THEY FAIL YOU WILL BE LEFT WITH A $380 PIECE OF GARBAGE!!!!!!!

it´s just perfect! i wear it if i drive my car or my bicylce. the lenses are just rigth for the lighting conditions in the morning at the way to work. these glasses are not to heavy and covers the eyes very good. if i get a call it´s great sound and everyone understand what i say clear.
at the moment i don´t have the rigth phone the listen to music...
because it´s needs stereo bluetooth and this is not so popular right now.
the glasses are just great. i hope the will combinate all together in a while:
