There are situations when you really notice looking through the polarized lens. some are useful, and other times it is a totally unwanted effect! examples:

useful:
- definetly if you are around water on a sunny day, or around a lot of reflective scenery
- driving. i find it is great for driving on a sunny day. it removes any reflections on the windows and cars, and road glare
- everything seems really clear (i have only tried black iridium polarized though)

unwanted:
- sometimes you can't see LCD screens, like at the airport, haha
- if you look through certain types of window/glass, you see some really wierd colours. i think it is for glass that is distored a bit

is there any truth to non-polarized lenses not fitting in a polarized frame?

I just ordered a Carbon frame Juliet with Black Iridium Polarized lenses, and also ordered some Emerald Iridium lenses. will the Emerald lenses fit fine?
