So my pair - as indicated by the D in the serial number - was a store return, stock that never got sold?

The date on the right side of these labels... Manufacture date?

So is the D in D005867 stand for Discontinued?

Any of the other numbers indicate anything remarkable or otherwise?

The D doesn't precede the SKU - 04-148 - it's another 6 digit number.

So after asking around someone told me that the D that precedes the serial number indicates DISCONTINUED - which is to be expected. But are there any differences in production that a "D" numbered pair might have as opposed to a pair made during the middle of the run?

Wonder what a sealed BNIB pair would go for in a few years.

Question: I believe the serial number on the box starts with a D then six numbers. I looked on the serial number thread and there's no "D" serials listed. Maybe I'm just looking at the wrong number though.

I was going to order my pair off Oakley.com today but I gave my local O Store a shot and they came through for me.

I asked the rep if they had Juliets in stock and he said NO and that they haven't made those in a year or so - that's when I directed him to the site. He called another store and by God they had like 2 pairs or something. This rep insisted on personally driving down and picking them up for me! (maybe to give the store that $350 sale =P

Hi all! Been an Oakley fan since the late nineties but for the last 2 years been wearing a pair of RB3379s that my gf bought me. They've held up and performed well but I just recently dropped em and cracked the glass.
So now I'm going back to Oakley.

Really interested in the Juliets - now that I'm a little older and have money to burn lol.
