Hi!
Just wondering if anyone has the picture of the exploded view of the Juliet showing all the screws and washers and what not?

Also, does anyone have a problem with their juliets where one side of the orbital is longer than the other? What i mean is when you remove the screw, the 2 ends are about 1.5-2mm apart ... on mine, when i removed the screw, there's a 4mm gap between the 2 ends. As a result, putting the screw in is next to impossible because it would mean bending the 2 ends to make them meet.

What pisses me off is that I had already sent my frame to get this addressed and they just returned it with a screw forced in, resulting in the orbital and earstem being pulled down ... making the fit awful.

I have pictures to show but not sure how to post them ...

I know when I've replaced lenses, they do come apart a bit. You have to force them together then screw it in.

I take my lenses out every couple of months to clean them thoroughly (I tend to get hazing around the edges where dust accumumlates), I'm not sure how common a problem this is but both my x-metal frames only have a very slight gap, don't worry too much about applying pressure though, unless you're really heavy handed you shouldn't have an issue with damaging the frames by pushing the orbital together but make sure the lenses sit snugly in the grooves though (I chipped a lens once being a little too forceful, you only need to learn that lesson once believe me)
