Just picked up a pair of FMJ/Fire Over The Top...the lens and frame are in great shape for the most part!

However the frame underneath (where the frames sit on a shelf) and the inside of the back have some wear and tear. Is it possible to touch up the FMJ paint?

Well matching it will be tough since its actually a metallic coating rather than paint. For display looks something like a metallic model paint might work, or paint pen. Shouldn't be too hard other than the thickness difference.

look at alclad (maybe alcad) model paints. They have many aluminum colors that will match. They have polished aluminum that may fit the bill. Similar in color, the only oddity will be the touch feel, but not really an issue on the bottom.
