One more problem: there is an Rx model named Spike that is very different from the normal Spike sunglasses.

So I can't make a page named Spike (for the Rx model) because there is already a page with that name.
Calling it Spike Rx also doesn't seem right because that would suggest it is an ophthalmic version of the regular Spike (like A wire and A wire Rx).

Any suggestions?

Just put the Rx in parenthesis. The page name of the wiki's matters less than the links and titles you put in them. So make a link like:

[Spike (Rx)|Spike] so only Spike shows up in the link, but it goes to the Rx page.
