Hi guys, I'm a little confused from reading and searching the threads! I've just mashed one of my x-metal ruby juliet lenses :( What's the procedure for sending them to Oakley and getting the lenses replaced in the UK?

if they're under warranty you can give oakley UK a ring, theyre based in Herts. somewhere, theres a number to ring on either your documentation or its listed on the oakley website if you click on the "contact us" link at the bottom of their page, hope this helps

Anyone have experience of having done this in the UK?

not replacement lenses but a colleague of mine where I used to work asked the oakley rep when he came in one day to arrange a "surface polish", apparently oakley customer service here in the UK is excellent (or it could be that oakley are really nice to Leekes where I used to work, their sportswear dept. usually is pretty well stocked with O gear for a dept. store but theres only one store in England, it's in Melksham).
