juliet replacement torx screw???

Can anyone tell me where I can get a replacement screw???? I just stripped mine, and Oakley CSR wanted $45 to do a tune up. Any help will be greatley appreciated.

T5 screw, its for a cell phone but might work if the legnth is the same
