did the clasic frogskins have the "TM" next to the "Frogskin" in the earstem???

need a quick answer if you guys can

My Wildberry, Blue Sky and Black/Violet have the TM, but my Dalmation and Purple Cloud ones don't. They're all Gen 1 with the metal hinge and flat logos. So not sure about the plastic hinged ones with the raised logo.
