Never had OTT in my hands (or Mars) but found these and they look like OEM replacement lenses?

They look like uncut lenses. Each pack has a slightly thicker lens with logo and color name on them and 4 uncut replacement lenses.

These are display lenses used by stores to show what the different lens tints would be. They would either go in a book or carousel like below
