Hi guys,

Greetings from Cape Town South Africa.

MASSIVE Oakley fan here - own 5 Oil Rigs, 3 Holbrooks, 2 Jupiter Squares, RadarLocks and an Antix.

Recently bought 2 Sliver F's on Black Friday for a bargain on Oakley.com - had them shipped to me in the States to an associate that works with me brought them over recently.

Long and the short - neither of the frames have an SKU on them... :(

Sure they are real, and they are indeed polarized, but feeling a little hard-done by this all.

Never in my life seen (except for fakes) Oakley's that dont have the SKU on the inner left arm.

Oakley.com's support staff have been pretty pathetic to say the least, and sitting here in South Africa, doesn't really help me much either, as an email battle with these $#%^&* is useless.

What is the communities thoughts on this?!

Should I returned them!?

I'd agree. All of the Sliver F's that were released on sale during Black Friday were MPH (non-stock frame/lens combos, despite one of them actually matching). If they came with boxes, those should have the SKU, but the glasses may or may not. I wouldn't worry if they came from oakley.com, and I wouldn't hinge any decision solely on the inner markings.

Yeah, the marked down Sliver F are MPH models. I was perturbed that they didn't come with a microfiber cloth. I emailed customer service and I ended up with free black microfiber bags (the cloths are a better touch). Decided to keep mine because I like fire iridium polarized and tungsten iridium polarized lenses more than anything. They aren't fake, just don't have all the properties of the original MPH models.

Yeah, the SKU is on the box. The warranty registration site does not recognize the MPH SKU, you'll have to call in to CS, or register them as non MPH SKU.

Check for a model code on the inside temple, ask the vendor for confirmation they are an authorised Oakley retailer and if PayPal was used, seek refund via PayPal due to goods not as described, being that they were not genuine product.
