Hey there Oakley experts, I recently scored some Splices on eBay and they look pretty good except for the icons. They could stand to be replaced. How does one remove the old ones and which replacements would most likely fit? Adhesive also?

I've found either a pin or thin razor blade works best. Perhaps a very thin knife. There are two parts, a metal shell and a plastic base. Uses a double sided tape of sorts which is strong for the size, but not bad. The icon is the 'thin icon' as we've dubbed it, and things like the radar share it amongst many others. It's by far the most widely used elliptical icon.

I have a pair of radars and thought they looked similar but wanted to be sure. What's the best way to reattach the new icon, super glue?

Nope just restick it back on. Tape should still be tacky enough.

NEVER use super glue. 2 tiny drops of a good contact/rubber cement if you must use glue, but 2 sided 3M scotch type tape is always a great solution. You can find it any office supply store or Wal Mart
