Just purchased the Radar Team USA with blue iridium lenses. When wearing the glasses, as I tilt my head down (looking through top of lens), everything looks blue. As I tilt my head up (looking through the middle to bottom of lens), everything takes on a yellow tint. When I take them off the lenses appear to be one consistent color from top to bottom. Is this normal? I expected my view through the lens at any angle to result in my field of vision remaining the same color, or tint. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

That is normal. +Red Iridium has the same thing. The lenses don't have equal thickness due to the XYZ optics. The inner and outer curvatures are different so your eyesight is not distorted as you look around. Due to this, the base tint of the lens will be stronger or weaker based on the thickness of where you happen to be looking.

Thanks for the very helpful response Dann. I find this a bit annoying. Is this a common complaint? Is it something most people get used to? I Googled it before I posted here, but didn't find any related info. The difference is not subtle. It's pretty drastic. Is it possible for a lens defect to make this more pronounced? Again, many thanks for the reply!

From my experience, any of the amber based lenses show it the most. So Fire and Blue Iridium both have this issue. There haven't really been many complaint that I've seen, but it comes down to personal preference.
