I Need advice!
Has anybody an good idea for me how i can remove Superglue from an Stem?
I try to change the Icon and use Superglue. And some glue remains on the Stem

Its a Jawbone Frame.

I would use a Q-tip and some acetone.

But i am afraid when i use Acetone that i destroy the colour

Be very careful, I guess. Using anything strong enough to remove superglue, and you're going to run the risk of damaging the finish on the frame. Fortunately it sounds like this is a small area under the icon. Perhaps use a tiny amount of acetone on the end of a needle, and try to lightly scrape the superglue off of the frame. Good luck!

don't use acetone...Go to your local hobby store and get de-bonder. It breaks it down and isn't harsh like acetone. I actually put acetone on a grape gascan stem once in prep for a project and it cracked the stem!! Trust me, not good.

Things have been great. Finished up the splatter M-Frames so I'm stoked about that. I hope you and your lady-friend are still hitting it off and I'm glad to see you're back!
