I have a clear set of lenses (Strike lense) for M frames that were issued when I was in the service. The M frame lense with the prescription inserts just look goofy. After getting a pair of Flak Jacket prescription G30 XLJ lenses, I've seriously considered getting a clear set due to the amazing field of view. If I could only find out a way for them not to look goofy in wrap around sunglasses, I'd buy and wear clear lenses for the Flak Jacket. I've given my M-frame clear lenses a second life once I figured out I could use them in the Racquetball court. In general, I would suggest clear lenses for eye protection (i.e. sports, shooting, etc), but if you' somewhat concerned with looks, I suggest you get seperate lenses (i.e. Flak Jacket, Half Jacket, etc.) instead of single lenses like the M-frame.

I have these in my SI Jackknifes. They're pretty straight forward and I have a reduced glare, too. Nothing fancy about the tinting because..there is none!

I purchased these as eye protection for military ops. Simply put, these lenses put any conventional RX lenses to shame. My field of view is limitless. If you're a RX glasses wearer buy these . . . you won't be disappointed regardless how much you pay.
