I usually wear US size 9.5/10.0, and got size 10.0 Paddles. Just about fits my feet. Depending on how you like to wear your sandals, you might find these too small for your liking, but they're fine by me. Real comfortable as casual wear.

These are much nicer than most flip flops and are really comfortable. The suede footbed is a really nice touchand the sole is pretty grippy, too. You definitely aren't compromising style, comfort, or function with these (which I guess is an Oakley hallmark). While I wouldn't say they're worth the MSRP, they are worth the $30 I spent.
