Polarized lenses asecus discoloration and waviness when you look at LED lights/displays. This is precisely why pilots can't wear polarized; it messes with their instrument panels. This is a known fact and it has nothing to do with distortion or anything of that matter.

Crowbars/H.I. persimmon are the best combination that I've ever used while skiing in the Rockies. Unless it is a bright, cloudless blue bird day I'm wearing these when snowy, cloudy or near whiteout days (face it, even a lazer is perfect in a whiteout).
Simply the best, I’ve used pers. for 17yrs now. Boarding in the Rocky Mountains (USA & CAN), all over Europe and some places in Asia. Last week (w/ H.I. Per) the first day was in a snow storm (whiteout conditions) no worries… then the next 3 days were fro slight overcast to blue bird (still great). I tend to have sensitive eyes but I still find them “OK” in the bright blue. My personal all around fav….. I also have had Yellow, greens, grey, also have VR28 Polarized (great too but to dark for me in the shadows) the point is these are a must have.!!!!!
