Excellent lens for the super socked in can hardly see your hand in front of your face type days. Probably oakleys best lens for true overcast conditions. No lens will make you see well in that type of conditions but the hi-blue does help to step up the contrast of the snow a little bit. Not versitile at all. Anything but socked in overcast conditions and you'll be wishing you had a differet lens. Even on party cloudy days this lens is not good. Sport it in direct sunlight and your eyes will fry straight out of their sockets. On more than one occaision i've woke up in the morning to super cloudy and snowy conditions. So I throw on my goggles with the hi-blue lens and everythings great till about noon then the sun starts creeping out. Last thing you want to happen with this lens. I give it 5 stars just because it works so well in the conditions it was designed for, it's just not the right choice if there's any chance of changing conditions.
