Probably a blank left over from the Employee Dog Tag pile. It seems that some saintly Joe saw fit to save this one from certain destruction, where it made its way to eBay, and then found me. Which is just as good since the serialized tags seem to move between $100 and $200, and this one was $65. I'm not buying this for the serial number - I want the damn tag!!
