On the brink of Oakley's dive into prescription, I thought I'd try these out. These have the rubber faux hammer stems. I didn't know anything about lenses at the time, so I had sunglass hut make my clear lenses for me. This is before capable of being polycarbonate thin the way they are now. Eventually, I moved on to another non-oakley perscription glass, and replaced the black iridium lenses back into these. I gave these to my now-fiancee, who did not give them any care, and they are now just permanently retired due to their scratched/worn/looseness appearance. When you see a movie like Blade II where all the badguys have on these glasses, it makes you kinda wish you would have taken better care of them.
