Frogskins

Frogskins were originally used to classify the O Matter glasses that did not fall into the higher priced Jacket category. The price range was usually with in $75-$105 range, not including Polarized premiums. Initially, the main difference was the lack of Unobtanium on the ear stems and nose bridge. With the 'Jackets' Eye Jackets and Straight Jackets, and the 'Coats' Topcoats and Trenchcoats, it was easy to draw the distinction. For most of the early Frogskins, the names tended to be numerical such as Four, Fives and Tens. The Twenty's ran into some naming trouble with another brand, and thus were labeled XX. The XX, however, was a seemingly misplaced item with only the name matching the convention of a Frogskins, since it had ear socks. Also in the original lineup, was the New Frogskins, which was replacing the Classic Frogskin and rounded out most of the edges.

Later on, newer models appeared like the Monster Dog, which gave a sportier look with a lower price. A larger model, the Monster Doggle, and a smaller Monster Pup also appeared in following years.
