I guess I'm more outta the loop than I thought when it comes to the Sony/Spider-Man MCU. I didn't know or I forgot that a Venom movie was in the works.
It was slowly brewing in the background for a while, but since the upcoming Marvel Studios-led Spider-man movie is projected to be a success, it is said Sony fast tracked Venom to get in on the action (though there may not be any connection to Spidey in the first movie).
Watched John Wick: Chapter 2 again today, but at home this time. Movies are so much more enjoyable in the comfort of your own home. I hope day-and-date releases comes soon as a standard.
The John Wick series is becoming one of my favourites. I love the delivery of lines by everyone. Even from Keanu. As always, he's wooden but that works well for the John Wick character, much like Arnold's robotic delivery works for the Terminator character.
Chad Stahelski Iis a director to watch out for. As a former stuntman, he directs action sequences like no other. His former partner, David Leitch, is another one to look out for since he's directed Atomic Blonde and the upcoming Deadpool 2.
Was hoping for some Infinity War or Black Panther footage to hit online, but we got a new trailer to Thor: Ragnarok instead. Not bad but I'm not really liking the dialogue. Always great seeing Hulk on screen, though:
