I finally purchased a Medusa... and I love it! For those of you who own them, what do you do with them? Do you save it for your collection, or do you use it for snowboarding? Or any other activities? I'm just so excited that I finally own one that my head is full of ideas of how to use them!

Heh, Halloween is going to be fun...

Mostly for display, but also where it if I'm riding the ATV around town.

what's the medusa good for? As in what are your motivations for buying it?

I've never worn my Medusa out in public. It fits me pretty snug - so the fact that it gets very warm, hard to hear and poor periferal vision with the goggles makes it pretty much a display item for me.

Recently got mine as well and I wear it at work. People ask me "What's this for seriously ?" and I answer "It's awesome"...most people are like "Fair enough" with a big laugh...

I'm definitely gonna rock it on the slopes when I snowboard too !

By far my favourite piece out of my collection now, I like it even more than my Tank !

I was thinking about it but $500 is a lot to spend on a funky hat. It would be fun though.

Are you telling me you don't think that fake medusa is rolling-on-the-floor funny?

PS..you've been here 1.2 weeks - how many times have you changed your name and avatar in that time? I see you are now a female. Or were you a female all along?

And vitamin chill is illegal in Japan. Canada too.

It's pretty spot on size wise. The buckle is crap though and the strap is too big for the buckle itself and the keeper is too small as well. It's only polyester patterned to look like worn leather. The dreads are a plastic tubular screen with a stretch and bounce to them. They also rub together and make nose as you move around in it that is quite annoying. No tells on the Icon as some fake shades still have. And it's floppy. The white stiching is decorative and thin and already coming loose in places.

It was the novelty value of the story that interested me. Its like CNN announcing they have heard reports about a quirky little car called a "mini"

well, maybe not, but you see where I am going with this:-)
