They are pretty rare complete and mint. I see them for sale more often than the Kenseth, but they are in the same realm of rarity. If you see one, pick it up if you like the Splice.
This question may have been answered somewhere before but I couldn't find it so I'll ask. What does the "OO" in "OO Red Iridium" stand for? Also what does the "+" in "+ Red Iridium" stand for?
Isn't there different types of lighting kits? The lights the came standard with several of my cases are 12 volt, 20 watt MR16 Halogen flood bulbs of BAB-P type with 50mm diameter. Home Depot or Lowes should able to help you our, or check out:
Still, I am sure there are different light kits, so you may need to just bring the thing into Home Depot and get them to assess it for the proper bulb.
I didn't know that there were different lighting kits. The one I got was the aluminum one with the six bent "legs" and the two lights in the center.
I saw that Home Depot had some Halogen bulbs but I wasn't sure about the watt to get. They had 20 and 50, so that is why I was asking. Thanks for letting me know that I should get the 20 watt.
Yeah, it could be literally anyones. Could it be a 3rd party etching? The colour and type of etching looks good, but it goes all the way to the edge which is atypical. Oakley's machine and etching are usually more precise than that and you see that on third party etchings.
Or, the lens could be chopped from another bigger lens (no idea the signature at this point) into a Splice lens, which sometimes accounts for it not being uniform in distance to the edges.
Looking for some purchases coming from canada and shipped to a friend of mine in the US. Does anyone know how much is the typical customs duty charges as a % of the value of the item? Looking to get some pieces that i really like..
Over all I want to think fairly similar, with the more square orbitals of the Sliver making the greatest difference to the Jupiter Squared. I will try and remember to get some comp pics tonight.
