So the box of mysteries continues: This family member that used to be an Oakley representative gave me a box of stuff she kept over the years and i found these glasses hidden in another case!

They seem to be oakley racing red jacket with absolutely no hinges but also no serial number !! Is that possible considering it should be directly from Oakley?

The SKU printing only started appearing in around late 2004/2005, so either Gens of Racing Jacket would predate that. I remember Whisker and Hatchet were the first few that I saw with that printing.

I Just noticed on the bag that they were is that it says that they are plu tonite lenses?

is that possible?

Plutonite is the name for the material they use to form the lens. It's one of their own terms like Unobtainium, or O Matter.
