Type O Positive -
Frame: Polished Black
Lens: +Red Iridium Polarized

The Jawbones are very comfortable, the styling is sleek, with different lines than a lot of the frames. Changing the lenses seems to be easy, since they slide in compared to clicking in. The frames may look really big on smaller faces.

Weight 30 gm. Of course, the feature of these is the fact that they are (among) the first gen jawbone (type) of quick change glasses which must have made millions for Oakley due to sales of spare lenses!! They are simple to customise and to swap lenses, which was always a difficult feat (comparatively) with previous (and subsequent) Oakleys. Eye coverage is superb, making them excellent for most outdoor sports. I use them for skiing, cycling and general streetwear and they are both functional and look fantastic. Overtime, the earsocks distort and "over run" their positions (they stretch). Apart from that, a great looking pair of sunglasses which are easily customisable. The jawbone parts can be interchanged with the "wind jackets" and the "split jackets". Oakley sold tons of these, so you can pick them up second hand easily and cheaply! For those that are wondering, the main difference between this and the later "racing jackets" (with folding arms) are that the arms had a small hole on the ends for a lanyard/strap. Of course, slightly different colour combos came out in the racing jackets as well.

Frame: Polished Black - Livestrong
Lens: Black Iridium/HI Yellow

This pair of glasses is hella comfortable and definitely great for going out on your bike, going for a run, etc. I only kinda wish that I hadn't gotten the Livestrong pair because the yellow is a little too much to be able to wear these out anywhere just casually. I keep hoping Oakley will start selling just the jaws separately, but no luck yet!

Frame: Polished Black w/Red Bolt and Metallic Red Logo
Lens: OO Red Iridium Polarized & Persimmon

Great solid feeling design with no pressure points and all day wear possible. I was initially sceptical if the design suited my face when trying on the retina burn and atomic burst colour schemes, but, when I tried the matte and polished black frames I found that the design fit my face and looked good enough for casual use instead of just sporting use. I hardly feel the weight on my nose and it feels lighter than all my Rudy Projects. The lens change mechanism is very easy to use, but, from a few bad reviews about peeling nose pieces I am very careful when flipping the nose pieces.

I am asian and I do not need an asian fit version. Asian fits are really only for people with very wide flat faces as the bottom edge of the jaws will dig into their upper cheeks. This fits my head perfectly and no matter how much I move around or sweat it does not move at all, those sticky rubber nose and ear pieces really do grip your skin. Eye coverage is great as it has enough space around so it doesn't touch my face at all and there is no light leakage from the outside. Using the standard nose pieces I am not able to shove the frame completely onto my face as I have long eye lashes so it touches the lenses and I find this annoying, so, my solution is to just move the frame a fraction of a millimetre away from my face and problem solved.

I think that these frames are very expensive so only you can decide if what they offer is worth it.

I have to say that this is the best sunglasses frame I have ever used, it is more comfortable than the Racing Jackets which didn't fit me perfectly as it sat askew on my face. I am very happy with it as well as the lens package. The OO Red Iridium polarized is an amazing lens even with its limitations go and I have a review of it in the lens section.

If I ever have to buy a replacement I would go full custom, so I guess that shows how much I like this frame.
