The Juliet seems to be the favorite for most Oakley owners. The price tag is a bit high, but these pairs will last a lifetime. The frame is a Titanium alloy and will hold up to pretty much anything. The lenses, like any pair of Oakley's, is shatter resistant and has optical clarity matched by none. It was designed for medium sized faces, but this allows for people with smaller and larger heads to also comfortably fit it.

Frame colors include Plasma, which is a smooth but not polished metal look, Polished, which is a shiney metal frame, X-Metal, a darker rough frame, Carbon, a polished black frame, and Brown, a new smooth dark frame.

Lenses available are Ice, Fire, G30, 24K, Black, Ti Clear, Blue, Emerald, VR28, Gold and Ruby. Each one is matches with a specific frame, but can be change using a T6 screwdriver or by sending them to Oakley.

The privilege of owning an X-Metal allows you a few options that the Plastic models don't. First, you can by a replacement lens of another color and have it fitted for you (at cost), and inserted into a frame that didn't originally have it. For example the Emerald lens comes in the plasma frame, but looks much better in the X-Metal frame. Secondly, if you find any defects on the frame and your one year warranty has expired, you can have it fixed, or replaced if needed for only a $29 processing fee/warranty renewal. From time to time, there are also other deals. Recently Ruby lenses were available for $50 so you didn't have to pay the full $400 for the X-Men model. Also since the original Romeo's are being discontinued, you can send that pair in and they will replace it with a pair of Juliets or X-Metal XX's of the same value.

This model should fit everyone, but if its not to your liking, we'll show you the other X-Metal options briefly before moving on...
